how much longer on the Demo?And are you uncovering any surprises that you did't account for?
We're probably about done with the demo, though ultimately I think the subfloor which you see will be replaced with a new plywood subfloor. And as far as I understand it from the architect and contractor, no surprises! (knock on wood!)
