Love the Demo
Many beautiful sights in the demo process. Its amazingly liberating to see and feel the changes within the house. It feels like the house is beginning to breathe again and wriggle out of its 140 year old skin. There's alot of debris, but its a new beginning and new life is forming. Out of the ashes...

This is the fun part. Have you uncovered any "surprised" during the demo phase? And, are you demo-ing all floors?
It is remarkably fun. And remarkably satisfying. You know, for as much as we've uncovered, I don't believe that thus far we've been surprised. Now that I've said that, we'll see what happens. In terms of floors, yes, all are being demo-ed. Structural weakness and other issues made it imperative.
