You'll see new venting for the soil stack which punches through the front wall of the cellar and appears as a "fiddlehead" in the entry area. You'll also see the very attractive internal doors have arrived for the top bedroom floor, as well as the tub which has been installed for testing. We'll actually be replacing the tub with another one which has a "flange" for water seepage protection, which our contractor recommended. We trust our contractor and will be making the change. However, that leaves us with an extra tub. Its a very nice cast iron one. Anyone in the market?
